Massaman Curry is a kind of thick red-brown colour. It is normally cooked with potatoes and peanuts. The thickness of the source has a rich aroma of spice using in Thailand.
It is not very spicy or hot from chillies so please do not let the colour of the curry give you an illusion of the sweaty from eating the dish.
It is great when you cook with chicken or beef serving with hot jasmine rice or brown rice for healthier choice.
